Numero Uno Italiano prides itself on the high quality of Dough that we produce. All Dough is freshly made on our premises by our own staff who are trained to the highest level in all aspects of Dough production from temperature control to packaging and of course making that perfect mix.

We can provide the Dough in either Balls or Discs in a variety of sizes (weights) to suit all requirements.

All Dough ingredients include Salt, Fresh Yeast and Flour.

Doughballs and Discs are £1.60 per kilo.
