Numero Uno Italiano would like to introduce a wide range of the highest quality meats that are available in a variety of weights from 80grams upwards. We have the Mortadella which is the most traditioal cooked Italian Sausage and is World famous for its distinctive flavour and taste. The Mortadella is made from carefully hand selected Pork, which is then trimmed, salted and then cased before being cooked in Dry Air Ovens. We also supply Parma and Prosciutto Hams that are seasoned for that extra few Months to maximise taste potential and easy slicing. The flavour is Classical, slightly salted, delicate and aromatic. The Salami range comprises all the traditional specialities of the classic Italian Salumeria. After natural skins are filled with choice ingredients the Salamis are then bound with string to maintain the traditional shape and seal in the goodness and flavour. They are then hung in temperature controlled rooms to air dry from one to three months to create that unique taste. Coppa is one of the many traditional products of the Romgana range and is obtained from the neck of Pork. Our Coppa is gently seasoned with Salt, then cased in a natural skin and carefully hand tied to give its classic shape. After a number of hours being oven dried, the Coppa is left to season to give its distinctive and refined taste. The Pancetta that we provide is selected cuts of Pork Belly that is delicately salted, then seasoned according to tradition.
